二.Transactions between Suppliers and Needers
a) www.alloong.com provides an electronic web-based platform for exchanging information between Suppliers and Needers of products and services. www.alloong.com does not represent the seller nor the buyer in specific transactions and does not charge any commissions from completing any transactions. As a result, www.alloong.com does not control and is not liable to or responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness or availability of the products or services offered for sale on the Site or the ability of the suppliers to complete a sale or the ability of buyers to complete a purchase.
二．供应方与需求方的中间商

四. Registration Obligations And Security

b) If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or www.alloong.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete,www.alloong.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your member service.
c) During the registration process, you will create a Member ID and Password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Member ID and Password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Member ID and Password.
d) You need to immediately notify www.alloong.com of any unauthorized use of your Member ID or Password or any other breach of security, and ensure that you properly exit the website at the end of each session. www.alloong.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement.
四．注册条款及安全

In addition information published by other members will not be available to those members whose access to www.alloong.com has been terminated.
